How it Works
Each week we will provide you with a fresh supply of cotton prefold nappies and at the same time collect all your dirty nappies.
The nappies we use are called 'pre-fold' and fit inside the nappy wraps - these are the soft, waterproof pants which fit around the nappies to keep them in place. They also provide a waterproof layer and stop leakages and are the most important part of the nappy system.
All our nappies are washed to the highest standards and individually inspected before being sent back out. We wash our nappies as efficiently as possible and only use environmentally friendly products on our nappies.
On registration we will deliver enough nappies to last for one week together with a large bin, nappy liners and wraps, if required. We recommend keeping a small nappy bucket in the nursery or in your bathroom and placing the large bin in the garden, garage or utility room.
We ask that you leave all you dirty nappies in the large bin provided by your front door on your day of collection. We don’t want to disturb you or your baby if you have just managed to grab some sleep ! If you have had a caesarean or are having difficulties lifting the bin do let us know and we will come inside to collect the bin.
If you are hoping to use reusable nappies from birth, we recommend requesting your first delivery of nappies a couple of weeks before your due date. We will not start charging for the service until you request your first collection.
As a general rule we deliver 70 nappies for a newborn baby. This number reduces over time. As you baby grows, we will supply you with bigger, more absorbent nappies.
